All purchases made through 11.12.2022 will be donated to Girls on the Run of Northeast Wisconsin. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
When placing an order online please submit through the website as best as you can. You will not be charged and I will reach out to you via email to finalize your details. Please check your junk mail if you do not hear from us within 24 hours. Orders are also accepted via email or Instagram.
WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE?
Ingredients are always vegan. I pay particular attention to this and even use sugars that are certified vegan and not processed with bone char. I use both artificial and natural flavors to create those magical flavors. Our macarons are always made without gluten and most of our cakes can be made gluten-friendly, but like other allergens....many product manufacturers "can not guarantee they are without cross-contamination." I do not bake in a gluten free home. Please contact GIVE MAC if you have ANY allergen concerns.
HOW DO I STORE THESE TREATS?
Everything is "shelf-stable." Meaning it is safe to keep at room temperature for a period of time.
Macarons should be stored in an airtight package. They should be enjoyed at room temperature and will stay fresh for 2-3 days. We recommended storing in the refrigerator to maintain freshness. They will keep in the fridge for 7-10 days or in the freezer for up to one month. Enjoy your macarons at room temperature.
Your custom order cakes and cupcakes are always baked fresh and never frozen. They are best enjoyed within 2 to 3 days and should also be served at room temperature.
Easy question. I have been vegan since 2017 and have made every effort to eliminate animal products from my daily living and all of my food choices. Plant-based food is no exception to deliciousness and I want to share that joy with you. These desserts are here to prove it.
Another easy question. Macarons shells are already gluten-free and it's easy to keep it gluten-free for all to enjoy. You can make cakes gluten-free too, soooo....Give Mac likes to include as many people as possible.
I do not bake in a gluten-free kitchen, so I do prefer to use the term "gluten-friendly." Always contact us if you have allergy concerns.
